GSLYC 2009 Junior Learn to Sail Program

Junior Sailing Program Update

At long last we are scheduling the make up for the last day in the juniors program.  It will be Saturday, August 22, at 10:00 am, weather permitting.  We plan on taking the dinghies and a couple keel boats out to the deep water channel marker which is northeast of the observation area in the marina.  We will sail near there taking turns in the various boats for a couple of hours, then come in for hamburgers at the marina.  Parents are invited to join us on the keel boats, watching from the water.

All children are invited to participate, even if they didn’t attend the first two sessions, but you must sign up with me and have a parental liability release.  Space is limited however so let me know as soon as possible.  ratkin@commercecrg.com or 801-979-3976.  More info at http://www.gslyc.org/juniors/
