Member Meeting and Banquet By-Laws Section 2.04. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Members shall be held during the month of November of each year, on such day and at such time as is provided for in the notice of the meeting, for the purpose of electing Directors/Trustees and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. If the election of Directors/Trustees shall such other business as may come before the meeting.
